The Challenge
You will be responsible for designing data-driven solutions for an enterprise, setting up databases, maintaining data warehouses and creating ETL processes to move data throughout the organization. Requirements
We're looking for candidates with strong leadership and communication skills, who have a proven track record of following through on commitments. The ideal candidate also meets the below criteria.
Mature experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL, Data Design, Stored Procedures, Optimization
SSIS Package design and maintenance
SSRS Report creation
Experience with Salesforce integration is a plus
Experience with Azure SQL and Synapse or Data Factory is a plus
In-depth understanding of the software development process (design, development, and deployment)
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Teamwork skills with a can-do, problem-solving attitude
Responsibilities
Design solutions for data storage and ETL in a Microsoft SQL Server environment
Create, manage, optimize and support SSIS packages for data movement between application databases and data warehouses
Interface with APIs for third-party data integrations
Be a leader on a team with other developers of various skillsets
Guide team in best practices in use of databases for application development versus warehousing, etc.
General relational database coding and debugging
Write clean code for new integrations and to improve legacy code
Collaborate with front-end developers to support application requirements
Gather and address technical requirements
Provide training and support to our clients’ internal teams
Work with subject matter experts and technical team members to develop new features
