Marketing Specialist

Create, deploy and manage active campaigns and help fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads, uniting business leaders with our amazing team of software developers. We're looking for candidates with strong leadership and communication skills, who have a proven track record of following through on commitments. The ideal candidate also meets the below criteria.
  • Execute marketing strategy 
  • Work with leadership to manage brand and marketing initiatives 
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Design and develop marketing collateral including case studies, campaign ad content and website content
  • Perform market and client research 
  • Track, coordinate and assemble data to measure outcomes of marketing programs 
  • Prepare marketing and lead generation reports 
  • Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives
  • Assist with social media and website content
  • Attend trade shows 
  • Maintain promotional materials inventory 
  • Monitor competitive activity

Desired Education and Experience

  • Associate degree in marketing  
  • 2+ year’s experience in a marketing position 
  • Experience with creating and managing digital marketing content and campaigns including search engine ads, SEO, websites, and/or email marketing channels 
  • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word) 
  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or equivalent a plus 
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications  
  • Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
