Vice President of Service Delivery

Location: Franklin, TN / Remote
Job Type: Full Time


Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing Ronin’s Service Delivery department.


We're looking for candidates with strong leadership and communication skills, who have a proven track record of following through on commitments. The ideal candidate also meets the below criteria.

  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology and SDLC
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in tech industry
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing large professional services or consulting teams
  • Experience as a software developer a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science. MBA a plus
  • Local candidate preferred


  • Establish and implement standards and practices to ensure high level of employee and customer satisfaction
  • Manage resource utilization as projects begin, end, expand or contract
  • Work with Account Management and Sales to anticipate and identify current and future staffing needs
  • Work with Recruiting to identify and hire new Ronins for Service Delivery
  • Maintain and report key metrics to the rest of the executive team (e.g. billable resource utilization, project health, gross margin, etc)
  • Learn and continuously instill the Ronin way
  • Ensure successful outcomes for our clients
  • Work with Sales and interact with prospective customers to earn more business for the company
  • Work with Sales to develop project proposals and Statements of Work
  • Ensure Service Delivery resources keep their skills current and aligned with market demand
  • Ensure Service Delivery resources grow their skills and advance toward their career goals
  • Work with clients to set achievable goals and reasonable expectations
