Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing Ronin’s Service Delivery department.
Requirements
We're looking for candidates with strong leadership and communication skills, who have a proven track record of following through on commitments. The ideal candidate also meets the below criteria.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strategic decision-making
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Ability to build cohesive and effective teams
Knowledge of Agile Methodology and SDLC
Minimum 15 years’ experience in tech industry
Demonstrated experience building and managing large professional services or consulting teams
Experience as a software developer a plus
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science. MBA a plus
Local candidate preferred
Responsibilities
Establish and implement standards and practices to ensure high level of employee and customer satisfaction
Manage resource utilization as projects begin, end, expand or contract
Work with Account Management and Sales to anticipate and identify current and future staffing needs
Work with Recruiting to identify and hire new Ronins for Service Delivery
Maintain and report key metrics to the rest of the executive team (e.g. billable resource utilization, project health, gross margin, etc)
Learn and continuously instill the Ronin way
Ensure successful outcomes for our clients
Work with Sales and interact with prospective customers to earn more business for the company
Work with Sales to develop project proposals and Statements of Work
Ensure Service Delivery resources keep their skills current and aligned with market demand
Ensure Service Delivery resources grow their skills and advance toward their career goals
Work with clients to set achievable goals and reasonable expectations
